Kasina Light & Sound Session
45-60 Foot Reflexology Treatment
45-60 min Tarot Card Reading
1 hour Sound Bath or Breath Class

Our first event was very successful. These ladies (Top left row) came as friends from out of state who raced in El Tour de Tucson the next day. 3 of them raced. The one who didn’t said, “they killed it!” Here’s what they had to say:

"This was my first time floating and having a sound bath and foot reflexology session. Frank did a great job of helping me feel relaxed. I loved the sounds that Kat toned for us, and I was nervous about feeling claustrophobic in the float tank. I was grateful that Kalyn kept the light on and showed me how to keep the tank slightly ajar so I felt comfortable."

The day was well thought out and the people that Kalyn brought in to work with us were kind and talented. Kalyn was very interested in making sure we were taken care of. "I have done many methods of therapy to prepare myself for physical activities. I am a cyclist and have a lot of pain and discomfort in my legs and back. The day before my last race I was able to enjoy and experience an incredible mode of therapy in a salt bath. The next day I rode a hundred miles and can testify that I felt more ready and prepared for that ride then I ever have. I felt peaceful and relaxed. I hope to include this in my regiment now going forward.
