So, you join a gym, commit to an exercise program, decide to walk 10,000 steps a day. You are on your way to a healthier you. Then you get bored. BORED, like Oh My GOSH!! I really need to add something, subtract something, mix something up or I’m going to go NUTS!!!! But what to do? How can you add variety to your daily regime? What muscle groups can you work today that you didn’t do yesterday? HELP!!!!  This is another place a good personal trainer will come in. They will help you with variety. Just like you don’t want to eat the same thing day after day, you don’t want to work out the same day after day, and actually, that can hurt your results. You NEED Variety.
