Our last day on the subject of Personal Training. Was this a helpful series for you to read? Did you make any decisions about hiring a Personal Trainer? This last day is about Efficiency. That’s what it’s all about isn’t it? How to save time, and make the time you are spending worthwhile. When I first hit the gym, I spent a lot more time there than I had to because I didn’t know how to spend my time efficiently. When I hired my first trainer he cut my time in the gym by about an hour. Afterall, my goal was to be healthy, going out living a fun life. Not to be a gym rat.
Hiring a professional trainer to help you in your wellness journey helps you achieve your desired results quicker, and they will be there to remind you of your goals, when you need it most. Read on as Shelley Frost explains more, and remember to check out our Spotlight Member of the Month Mike LaCoss of GTX Cross Fit Personal Training. You can read his testimonial about his First Float at Cloud Nine Flotation. Just scroll down any page to Member Spotlight.
“A professional personal trainer is able to make the most of your workout time, which increases the efficiency of your exercise program. This is especially beneficial when you have a limited amount of time to exercise. For example, if you have to cut your 1-hour training session short one day, your trainer can complete a routine with you that burns the same number of calories and provides the same physical benefits in half the time.”

Next week I’ll be starting a series on the benefits of floating. It will be fun.
