Directions: Remove the outer cap, hold the inhaler under one nostril, lightly pinch the opposite nostril closed, and inhale! Repeat with other nostril. Make sure to replace the outer cap when not in use, to extend the shelf life of the essential oils. Use 3-4 times a day, for best results. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use.
